Research profile

I am working on integrated assessment of various aspects of agro-ecosystems at different scales using mechanism and statistic models, HPC techniques, and spatial analysis. I am interested in improving the performance of crop models by sensitivity and uncertainty analysis as well as different calibration strategies. With the optimized models and spatialized input data, the interactions between the environmental processes and human interventions can be analyzed at a large scale.
